Regulatory Review
Through its Regulatory Review Committee, MCMS is able to assist physicians who are being investigated by the Medical Board of California and other regulatory bodies by reviewing cases and making determinations regarding the standard of care. An attorney is present to protect the confidentiality of the meetings and determinations made by the committee may be used in the member physicians defense.
